Formerly Northern Ghana Union Conference of Adventists, organized in the year 2013; reorganized in year 2015 and 2021; reorganized again, renamed, and territory divided in two in the year 2024 giving birth to Mid Ghana Union Conference and North Central Ghana Union Mission.

Headquartered in Kumasi, the capital town of the Ashanti Region of Ghana, the Mid Ghana Union Conference (MGUC) of the Seventh-day Adventist Church, as at December 2024, has a total church membership of 170,415 and a total of 1,566 churches and companies.

MGUC is currently made up of seven conferences comprising the Central Ghana Conference, Mid-Central Ghana Conference, Mountain View Ghana Conference, South Central Ghana Conference, Ashanti Central Ghana Conference, Ashanti South Ghana Conference, and Green View Ghana Conference operating within Ashanti and Bono East regions of Ghana in West Africa.
