Yennyawoso, Ghana – May 11, 2025

On Sunday, May 11, 2025, the Seventh-day Adventist Church at Yennyawoso Anyarno in Kumasi, hosted a graduation ceremony for 68 church members who completed an intensive sign language training program.

The event marked a significant milestone in the church’s efforts to build an inclusive ministry for the Deaf. The graduates are now equipped to serve as interpreters during church services and evangelistic programs, enhancing participation and accessibility for Deaf individuals across the Mid-Ghana Union Conference (MGUC) territory.

The ceremony was officiated by Pr. Dr. Kwame Annor Boahen, President of MGUC, who commended the graduates for their dedication and encouraged continued commitment to serving the Deaf community.

This initiative reflects the Adventist Church’s growing emphasis on inclusive evangelism, ensuring no one is left behind in hearing the message of hope and salvation.
